These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and OKZ ("OKZ", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the OKZ platform, including the website at okz.asia, the OKZ mobile application, and all related services offered by OKZ.

By registering an account on OKZ, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any part of the OKZ platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the OKZ platform.

OKZ reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the OKZ platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use an OKZ account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

Each individual may hold only one OKZ account. Registering more than one account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a violation of these Terms. OKZ uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts and will close any additional accounts found, with balances subject to forfeiture.

When registering your OKZ account, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile banking number (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) that belongs to you. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your OKZ login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Withdrawals on OKZ are processed to the bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account linked to your OKZ profile. Withdrawals to accounts not registered under your name, or to accounts not linked to your OKZ profile, are not permitted under any circumstances.

OKZ processes withdrawal requests around the clock. The average processing time is under 10 minutes. There are no withdrawal fees charged by OKZ. The amount you request is the amount that arrives in your mobile banking account.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, OKZ may require identity verification if it has not already been completed. This is a one-time process for most members. Once verified, subsequent withdrawals are processed without additional documentation requirements unless OKZ has reason to request further verification.

OKZ reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or if the account is under investigation. In such cases, OKZ will notify the member and provide a timeframe for resolution where possible.

OKZ offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

The OKZ welcome bonus and all other promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. This means you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before the bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. • Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, and per device.
• OKZ reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash before wagering requirements are met.
• OKZ may void bonuses and related winnings if it determines that a member has attempted to abuse the bonus system.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the OKZ platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the OKZ platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.

• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods to deposit funds.
